Content: Information, data, text, photographs, videos, audio, graphics, or other materials published or made available through the Products by either Forwide or Users.

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to legally bind that entity to these Terms.

By registering, accessing, or using Forwide’s Products in any way, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher).
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to legally bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must promptly notify Forwide of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

All usage must comply with the applicable laws of Estonia and the EU, as well as with these Terms.
It is prohibited to use the Products for illegal, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

- By uploading or transmitting content, Users grant Forwide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display such content to operate, market, and promote the Services.
Respect for Third Parties: Users agree not to upload content that infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of others. Forwide reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia and, where applicable, by EU regulations. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Estonia, without prejudice to consumer rights under local EU laws.

Forwide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the relevant platform. Continued use of the Services after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
